To get tattooed or pierced we require a VALID state issued photo ID. This may be a Driver’s License, Passport, State ID, etc. This ID will be photocopied on the back of your release form as required by the Delaware County Health Department.

We DO NOT pierce or tattoo minors, 18 years of age or older only.

We DO NOT tattoo or pierce anyone who is pregnant or nursing.

Only ONE (1) guest per client is allowed in procedure areas, please do not bring large groups.

ALL DEPOSITS ARE 100% NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERRABLE.
